The Mad Italian Gelato Bar Brand does not rely on a typical box to succeed. We are flexible on where we can be located and are looking for different types of sites, including prototype buildings, conversions/retro-fits, strip center end-cap locations, and non-traditional sites.
The extensive and well balanced menu of European coffees, specialty beverages, exotic desserts, and our families’ Gelato. The recipes for the Gelato are a family secret perfected over 30 years by the founder.
The Mad Italian Gelato Bars rely primarily on a local marketing program that gives each store the marketing programs and promotions that match the needs of the individual store’s market. Advertising and promotional materials are available at a reasonable cost to Franchisees. The Mad Italian was involved in The Little Italy festival and participates in the Baking and Sweets show.
The purchasing department of The Mad Italian negotiates services and price agreements with approved suppliers and distributors.
